So, I met a girl tonight at the bar.

And I told her I wasn't interested.

It's hard being a nowhere man, neither here nor there. Can't get myself involved in a relationship, because I can't risk the fact that I may return to Canada if things don't work out.

She was pretty, and smart too. What a waste. Actually, unfortunate is a better description.

Anyway, drunk as a skunk, and nothing to do. Nothing changes, I see...
